Elise Ballegeer
Elise Ballegeer is a clothing label focused on using sustainable materials and ethical practices. The designs are individual explorations into traditionally essential garments. Influenced heavily by architectural forms and minimalistic attitudes, the clothing maintains a structured feel with an elegant balance. Elise Ballegeer presents a collection of desirable eco-consciously minded pieces and hopes that people will take the time to find what speaks to them, and provide their own spiritual posture and pairing to the clothing.
Elise Ballegeer was born in Kansas, raised in Colorado, and educated at the Rhode Island School of Design [RISD]. She worked in the fashion industry in New York, founded her eponymous label in Berlin in 2012 and now continues her vision after returning to New York in 2015.
